AdmissionGuidelines

The age criteria for admission is:
  • Pre kg: The child who completed 3 years on 31st may of the current year.
  • L.Kg:- The child who completed 4 years on 31st may of the current year.
  • H.Kg:- The child who completed 5 years on 31st may of the current year.
  • New admission to class1 is done on the basis of birth certificate. The other class onwards ought to be supported. A new admission remains incomplete until and unless the Leaving Certificate from the recognized school last attended is produced. This certificate needs to be countersigned by the appropriate government authority (District Education Officer or Inspector of School) in case of inter- state transfer.
  • New admission to class1 onwards ought to be supported with the school leaving certificate from the school last attended.
  • The school year resumes in the month of April and ends in March. The admission, therefore, begins in the month of April. No admission will be recorded in the school register until all formalities of admission are completed and the pertinent fees are paid.
  • The principal reserves to himself the right of admission.

WithdrawalGuidelines

  • The school believes in discipline and firmness. Slackness, disobedience and disregard of rules will not be tolerated and any work or action likely to lower the image of the school is regarded as a branch of the school discipline.
  • The school reserves the right to advise the parents to apply for withdrawal if their wards whose diligence or progress in the school has been alarmingly unsatisfactory due to their gross misconduct and negligence or whose conduct is harmful to other students in spite of the best effort the school has been providing.
  • The principal reserves the right to ask for withdrawal.
  • Application for Transfer Certificate shall be made in writing to the principal by the parents of the child.
  • The school authority cannot re-issue Transfer Certificate once issued. If lost only duplicate can be issued.
  • The application must be signed by the students and the counter- signed by the parents.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued after 30 days of written request.
  • No T.C. will be issued unless all dues to the school have been paid in full, and the school property likes books or experimental apparatus etc. returned and the damage caused is duly compensated.
  • The students will have to pay fee in full quarter during which the application for school leaving certificate is submitted.
  • The school will issue duplicate marksheet / T.C. only after receiving an affidavit for the same from the parents along with the administrative fees of Rs.250/-.
  • Readmission will be granted to students who left the school only on the payment of admission fee on availability of a vacancy.
