“Education is not learning of facts, but the training of mind to think.”
-Albert Einstein

At last a sense of relief is dawning after a long and tensile years of pandemic. Though we are not completely free from its ditches, it is heartening to comprehended that the grip is weekening. Let us all be grateful to the Almighty that the walls of temples of learning are once again resonating with the pleasing sound of learning.

It is rightly said “Education is a life long journey which expand as we travel.” Learning is a perpetual process. During this process we achieve our set goals and these goals vary as we grow in our age and with the achievement of earlier goals. This does not come encountering challenges.

The very purpose of education is to make our mind and matter strong to face the challenges thrown at us by the stormy situation we may get in. A cool and calm mind can swim through the high waves of life. A thinking man does it. Education must make us all thinking men. They make their places of living worth living for. John Milton in paradise lost echoes. Similarly when he says “the mind is its own place, and in itself can man make a Heaven of Hell, a Hell of Heaven”.

Education does not merely mean carrying any skill. The span of literacy should contain the culture of heart based on spiritual values. These values should be cultivated in the young mind.

So, saw the seeds of these values into the form of these fertile minds that they may grow to be compassionate and caring, courteous and confident, polite and prayerful, patient and positive, pragmatic and practical, optimistic and orderly to shape the world of tomorrow to gift a better life for everyone.
